1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TileQuote Pro ("the App"), provided by OmniCore Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Subscription and Billing

TileQuote Pro operates on an auto-renewing subscription model processed securely via RevenueCat and your respective app store.

  • Pricing: $144.00 USD billed yearly, or $24.00 USD billed monthly. Prices may vary by region.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3. Cancellation Policy

OmniCore Solutions does not directly manage your billing instruments. All subscription cancellations, pauses, or refund requests MUST be managed through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription.

4. Liability Limitations (Disclaimer)

TileQuote Pro is a CRM and document generation tool. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • OmniCore Solutions is strictly a software provider and is not a party to any contract, estimate, quote, or invoice generated between you (the contractor) and your clients.
  • We assume zero liability for disputes, non-payments, construction defects, or legal disagreements arising from documents generated using TileQuote Pro.
  • You are solely responsible for verifying the mathematical accuracy, legal compliance, and terms of any PDF generated before sending it to a client.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for document generation and cloud storage, OmniCore Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance or updates that may temporarily restrict access to the application.

6. Intellectual Property

The TileQuote Pro software, branding, UI designs, and underlying architecture are the exclusive property of OmniCore Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended business purpose.
